Account & Registration

Click "Get Started" or "Register" on our homepage. Fill in your personal details including full name, email, phone number, and create a secure password. Your account will be created instantly with a unique account number. You'll need to complete KYC verification to unlock full features.

We offer Savings Accounts (earning 2.5%-4.5% interest), Current Accounts (for daily banking with unlimited transactions), and Business Accounts. Each account type comes with different features and benefits. You can hold multiple account types simultaneously.

Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, biometric authentication, and 24/7 fraud monitoring. All accounts are FDIC insured up to $250,000. We comply with international banking regulations and undergo regular security audits by independent firms.
Transfers & Payments

Log in to your dashboard, navigate to "Transfer", select the transfer type (internal, domestic, or international), enter the beneficiary details, amount, and purpose. Review the fees and confirm. You'll receive a reference number and real-time status updates.

We support 8 transfer types: Internal Transfer, Domestic Transfer, International Wire, SWIFT Transfer, ACH Transfer, SEPA Transfer, RTGS Transfer, and Telegraphic Transfer. Each has different processing times and fees, displayed before you confirm.

Internal transfers are instant. Domestic transfers process within 1 business day. International transfers (SWIFT/SEPA) typically take 1-5 business days depending on the destination country and intermediary banks. You can track your transfer status in real-time from your dashboard.
Cards & Payments

Virtual cards are digital debit/credit cards for online purchases. You can create multiple cards, set spending limits, and freeze/unfreeze them anytime from your dashboard. We offer Classic (no annual fee), Gold ($49/yr with rewards), and Platinum ($99/yr with premium benefits) tiers.

Go to "Cards" in your dashboard, select the card you want to manage, and click "Freeze" or "Unfreeze". The change is instant. Frozen cards cannot be used for transactions but will still receive credits. You can also permanently delete cards if needed.
Security & Privacy

We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest, and bcrypt password hashing. Multi-factor authentication is available. Our systems are monitored 24/7 for suspicious activity, and we undergo regular third-party security audits.

Immediately freeze your cards from the dashboard, change your password, and contact our 24/7 fraud hotline. Our security team will investigate and may temporarily freeze your account while we review. Fraudulent transactions reported within 24 hours are typically fully refunded.
